Privacy policy

NyamTechs (data controller) processes the following data, only for the stated purposes.

Contact and demo form

Name, email, company, phone (optional) and message, to reply and arrange a demo (basis: pre-contractual steps at your request). Requests are stored in the Iram console, hosted by Google Cloud in Belgium (European Union), and notified to us by email via Brevo (data hosted in the EU). Retention: 3 years after our last exchange, then deletion.

Iram demos

When you talk or write to Yto, the demo agent, your messages and voice transcript are processed by Google's Gemini model (paid offering, no training on your data) and kept in the demo environment to improve the product. Do not share real personal data: the hotel is fictional.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction: write to contact@nyamtechs.com; we reply within one month. You may also contact the CNIL (France) or the CNDP (Morocco).

Transfers

Data is hosted in the European Union. Vercel (website host) and Google are US companies bound by data protection contractual clauses.

Cookies

No advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The demo chat keeps a technical identifier in your browser.
