Deployment technician
Indicative timing
From 2028, depending on the number of hotels installed.
Duties
- Install Iram at hotels, remotely or on site: connecting the phone, the website chat and messaging, and setting it up with the hotel team.
- Train the front desk and management on the console, then follow the first weeks of use.
- Answer the support requests that the support agent does not settle on its own.
- Record the time spent and the difficulties met, so that installation gets simpler with each hotel.
- Report to the product team the defects seen at clients, with what is needed to reproduce them.
Profile
- Technical training (networks, systems or computing) or equivalent experience, notably in hospitality or telephony.
- Comfortable with a phone exchange, a hotel network or hotel management software, or ready to learn them fast.
- A good teacher for teams who are not technical; rigour in the written follow-up of interventions.
- A driving licence is useful for travel.
Location
Morocco. Travel to client hotels; part of the work is done remotely.
Languages
French and Arabic, spoken and written; Darija is an asset.
Account manager, Morocco
Indicative timing
From 2028 or 2029, depending on the number of clients.
Duties
- Present Iram to hotels and hotel groups in Morocco, by video call or in person.
- Take each discussion through to the contract: demo, proposal, questions from the client's management and legal department.
- Follow signed clients: a monthly review with management, extension to other properties or other services.
- Keep the follow-up of contacts and proposals up to date, so that the founder can read a file without calling anyone.
- Tell the product team what clients ask for and what holds them back.
Profile
- Experience selling services or software to businesses, preferably in hospitality, tourism or services.
- Knowledge of how a hotel or a group decides on a purchase.
- Ease in explaining a technical product without jargon; a taste for follow-up over several months.
Location
Morocco, with travel to clients; some remote work possible.
Languages
French and Arabic, spoken and written; English is useful.
Deployment engineer
Indicative timing
From 2029, for installations that take several days of work.
Duties
- Prepare and run installations for large clients: groups, multi-property hotels, connection to their hotel management software.
- Define with the client what Iram answers, what it hands to a human and to whom, then check it with test scenarios.
- Write the scripts and settings that make an installation repeatable from one property to the next.
- Train and coach technicians on installations that are out of the ordinary.
- Write the installation documentation and update it after each assignment.
Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in information systems, integration or development.
- Experience of integration projects at clients (interfaces, databases, telephony or messaging).
- Able to work alone at a client's and report back in writing.
- Python or a scripting language read and written with ease.
Location
Morocco, with travel; part of the work is done remotely.
Languages
Fluent French, spoken and written; Arabic and English are useful.
AI engineer
Indicative timing
From 2030, depending on the number of clients.
Duties
- Evolve Iram's agents: instructions, the tools made available to them, conversation handling.
- Work on voice: quality in French, Arabic and Darija, response times, recovery after a drop.
- Build and measure search across the client's documents (RAG): choice of sources, answer quality, cost per query.
- Run the test benches that compare models and versions, and read their results before each change.
- Take part in security and data protection reviews with the other members of the team.
Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in computing or machine learning.
- Practice of Python and at least one language model interface (API, tool calling, evaluation).
- Experience of a project in production, even a modest one, with tests and measurements.
- A habit of measuring: saying what has been checked and what has not.
Location
Morocco, some remote work possible; full remote work to be discussed depending on the profile.
Languages
Technical French and English; Arabic is useful for judging the quality of answers.
Account manager, Europe
Indicative timing
Not before 2029, depending on how our clients in Europe progress.
Duties
- Present Iram to hotel groups and chains in France and Europe, by video call.
- Adapt the proposal to local rules: data protection, contracts, clients' language.
- Lead the exchanges with these groups' legal and IT teams through to the contract.
- Follow the first European clients with the deployment team.
- Report what the European market expects and what it rejects.
Profile
- Experience selling software or services to hospitality or tourism groups.
- Knowledge of how a group head office works: who decides, who signs off, and after how long.
- Good knowledge of the European data protection framework.
Location
Morocco or France, depending on the framework chosen when the role opens; remote work possible, travel to clients.
Languages
Fluent French; professional English; Arabic is an asset.
