Hospitality
Iram answers a hotel's guests on the phone and on the website chat, in Darija, Arabic, French and English.
- Check availability, quote the recommended rate and book after the guest's "yes".
- Depending on the plan, offer the extras the hotel has chosen: transfer, excursion, meal.
- Alert the front desk when a request goes beyond its role; staff take over in the console.

Inbound tourism
An inbound travel agency receives requests in several languages, and each tour involves a driver, a camp and a guide who each work separately.
- Answer each traveller in their language, with the places available by date.
- Prepare a quote that combines several services, with a deposit request.
- Send the job sheet to the driver, the camp and the guide, then a reminder to the traveller the day before.

Tenders
A company that answers public or private tenders (construction, engineering, IT services, suppliers) reads files running to dozens of pages, then tracks short contract deadlines, often in a spreadsheet.
- Pick out from a file the required qualifications, documents, bond and dates, then answer the team's questions citing the article and the page.
- Keep each contract's schedule from the service orders, and warn the team before a deadline closes.
- Prepare standard letters (formal objections, extension requests), which the company reviews and signs.

Real estate
An agency or a developer loses enquiries when the adviser is out on a viewing or the office is closed.
- Qualify the enquiry (property type, neighbourhood, budget) and offer a viewing slot.
- Answer questions about a development from its documents (brochure, specifications, co-ownership rules), with the page cited.

Clinics and practices
In a medical practice, one person handles the phone, the front desk and the paperwork; while they are with a patient, calls wait.
- Book, move and send reminders for appointments, by phone and on the website.
- Answer practical questions (opening hours, access, preparing for a test), without ever giving medical advice.

Business services
Clients of an accounting firm, an engineering firm or a car rental agency often ask the same questions, about their file, their documents or a price.
- Accounting firm: give the list of documents for each type of file and send deadline reminders by email, with no tax advice.
- Car rental: answer on price and availability, then prepare a quote; keys, licence and deposit stay at the counter.
- Engineering firm: answer clients' questions about the progress of a file and chase pending documents or approvals.
