Privacy policy

NyamTechs (data controller) processes the following data, only for the purposes stated. The applicable texts are Moroccan Law 09-08 and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact and demo form

Name, email, company, phone (optional) and message, including the estimate you entered (number of rooms, etc.), to reply to you and arrange a demo (basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request). Requests are stored in the Iram console, hosted by Google Cloud in Belgium (European Union), and we are notified by email through Mailjet. Retention: 3 years after your request, then deletion.

Iram demos

When you speak or write to Iram, the demo agent, your messages and the transcript of your voice are processed by the Google Gemini model (paid tier, no training on your data) and kept for 90 days in the demo environment. Do not enter any real personal data: the hotel is fictional.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction, as well as receiving your data in a common format: write to contact@nyamtechs.com. We reply without delay, and within 10 clear days at the latest. You can lodge a complaint with the CNDP (Morocco) or the CNIL (France).

Transfers

Requests and conversations are hosted in Belgium. The website pages are served by Vercel (United States), which keeps connection logs.

Cookies

No advertising cookie and no third-party tracker. The demo chat keeps a technical identifier and your last 50 messages in your browser, for at most 90 days after the last message; the site also keeps the chosen theme there.
