Vision 2030-2032

NyamTechs builds agents that act in Moroccan lines of business; in the longer term, it wants to contribute to a Moroccan and African artificial intelligence built for action.

Beyond today, these are goals, not commitments: each stage waits until the previous one has met its criteria.

Today

Iram runs as a public demo, and NyamTechs, a company under Moroccan law, is being set up.

  • Iram in demo: voice, website chat, four-role console.
  • A test bench of 15 scenarios in four languages, Darija included.
  • Reading public tender files: a ten-file bench in preparation.

Goal

2027

The first hotels go live, in southern Morocco, then in Marrakech.

  • Remote installation, guided step by step.
  • First agents outside hospitality: inbound tourism and tenders.

Iram extends to other Moroccan cities, and two sectors open if their criteria are met.

  • Fez, Tangier, Rabat, Agadir, Essaouira and Casablanca.
  • Real estate, then health, each after its interviews; health after the CNDP authorisation.
  • Hosting in Morocco for clients who need it.

  • An open model adapted to the everyday tasks of Moroccan lines of business, with a Moroccan research lab.
  • Other African countries, chosen on the same criteria as the sectors.

Language models are becoming common goods, while knowing the everyday tasks of a trade remains rare: booking, checking a document, following up, handing over.

Languages

Darija matters for voice and messages, while documents are mostly in French and Modern Standard Arabic. Amazigh, an official language alongside Arabic since the 2011 Constitution, is not yet supported by our agents; we would like to study it with people who speak it.

Data

Iram's data is processed in the European Union, with the exceptions set out on the Iram page ; hosting in Morocco is under study for clients who may need it.

NyamTechs' part

NyamTechs wants to bring knowledge of the trades, data collected under a written agreement with each client, and measurement of what the agents do; a large model is built with others, laboratories and public authorities.

Principles

Human decision

An agent commits to no booking, purchase or document without the agreement of the person concerned.

Governed data

No client data is used to train a model without a written framework, accepted under Law 09-08.

Measure first

Every agent goes through a test bench before it goes live, and what we publish is based on those measurements.
